Last night’s dinner: pappardelle tossed with garlic scape pesto, zucchini, fresh green beans, and kale. Topped with some chili poached cod.
A nice balance to the Scholium white.
This is a very fun drink from my favorite Argentine winery in Salta. It’s a good value too.
Highly recommend it.
