This wine was so much fun and a great CA version of a grape I’ve always enjoyed.
This wine is rich and full right up front on the nose and doesn’t disappoint in tasting either. I love the rich dark and syrupy currant and light cinnamon raisin flavors throughout this wine. It’s super well balanced and just complicated and intense enough to keep your attention from start to finish. It was a really fun drink and really captures the California style and rich fruit you would expect from ripe and high quality Amador fruit.
